     During this 1 Month Coaching Package we start with The Assessment and Debrief, then we move into The Coaching.

      We will really get clear on what you want your relationships to look like.  You will learn the tools you need so you can feel confident taking the first action steps to your goals. 

 Includes:

• (1) 1 to 1.5 hour session, for the Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment and Debrief 
• 4 hours of Coaching, in 1 or 2 hour sessions
• For Individuals or Pairs (couples, family, peers)

     During this 3 Month Coaching Package we start with The Assessment and Debrief, then we move into The Coaching.

     We will really get clear on what you want your relationships to look like.  You will learn and have the time to practice the tools you need so you can feel confident taking action on your own, to get to your goals.  

Includes:

•  (1) 1 to 1.5 hour session, for the Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment and Debrief 
• 12 hours of Coaching, in 1 or 2 hour sessions
• For Individuals or Pairs (couples, family, peers)

     During this 6 Month Coaching Package package we start with The Assessment and Debrief, then we move into The Coaching.

     This is an upgrade from the 3 Month Coaching Package.   A more constant coaching relationship over time, can help you identify multiple issues that affect all of your relationships.  As we explore deeper, we can address new thoughts, feelings and  behaviors that will be uncovered. Not only will you learn the tools you need, we will put them into action together.

Includes:

•  (1)  1 to 1.5 hour session, for the Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment and Debrief  
•  24 hours of Coaching, in 1 or 2 hour sessions
• For Individuals or Pairs (couples, family, peers) 

Bonuses:

• Unlimited email support during the 6 months (for check ins)
• (1) 1 hour session, scheduled a month after a package is completed, to check in with your achievements and to see how I can continue to support you.

During this 1 Month Group Coaching Package we start with The Assessment, then we move into The Coaching.

    As a Group Member, you will be on live calls with other members, and together we will explore what you want your relationships to look like.   From coaching and group discussion, you will learn the tools you need so you can feel confident taking action on your own, to get to your goals.  

 Includes:

• (2) 1 hour sessions each month
